Decor Sounds 1.0.1 — New empty build fix

Selecting a saved build fills the name box with an existing name. The New empty
build button previously reused that name and failed after confirmation, leaving
all assignments intact. The button now suggests a unique name and shows it in
the confirmation. A blank name defaults to New build.

Installed house packs could also override a newly emptied local setup at home.
When a named local build is active in your own house or plot, it now controls
playback. Visitor packs remain enabled and continue to work when visiting.
Visitor setup explains when your local build takes precedence.

An empty build clears room sounds, effects, backgrounds, zones, names, policies
and form drafts. Previous work is kept in a recovery copy and Undo restores it.
Library sounds stay available to assign to the new build.

Validation: all 30 current Lua modules loaded with WoW mocks. Reproduced the UI
name collision and installed-pack override before the fix. Verified the actual
button flow, cleared assignments, silent playback, unchanged saved build/library,
recovery/undo, visitor playback and music remaining off after the fix.

Install over the existing DecorSounds addon files and run /reload. Preserve your
Sounds/User folder and Decor Sounds - My Library. Studio/cloud 1.0.0 remain
compatible. Live WoW testing is still needed.
